Goal:

Already an IT client with The Walker Group, MicroCare tapped into the full marketing services offered by Walker's Digital Marketing Team to drive engagement and reach the masses.

The Solution:

Walker's Managed Digital Presence solution was implemented in January 2017. We provided (and still do) ongoing collaborative meetings to iteratively improve functionality, create and distribute new content and continually improve the user experience. MicroCare does not sell products on their site; instead, our focus is building brand awareness, educating customers and promoting their global distribution channels. We continue to develop rich content that will inform users and maximize organic Search Engine Optimization (SEO) value.

To compliment the efforts above, we have implemented a full-scale social media campaign to distribute content via Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook. All of these initiatives have driven engagement to record highs and significantly maximized their ROI.
