I have over 12 years experience in client management, team management and IT service delivery. I have held many different positions in the Managed Services space, from Account Manager to Unit Manager to Director of Managed Services, all of which give me a holistic and broad skillset. Most recently, I have had the privilege of crafting Walker's Fully Managed Services offering, one of our most comprehensive services ever.
My passion has come in the form of managing the talented men and women that comprise The Walker Group's engineering and support teams. I strive to develop and motivate my teams to deliver the best client experience a managed service provider can offer, while creating personal development paths for all.
I spend alot of time in the organic food section.
Strength training and physical fitness, both participating and coaching.
I can finish a tough mudder without sweating or getting dirty.
The ability to turn invisible when asked to speak in public.
