In coordination with state and federal agencies, we are closely monitoring developments related to Coronavirus (COVID-19).

At The Walker Group, we believe it is our role and responsibility during this time to prioritize two things. Firstly, the health and well-being of our clients and employees and, secondly, ensuring we continue providing you with uninterrupted access to technology services and support.

Our protocol for addressing technical support is as follows:

  • Whenever possible, our recommended approach for all technical support will be to conduct the work remotely (including contracted visits and project work).

  • When onsite technical support is absolutely required, Walker engineers will do the following:
  • Wear a mask and practice social distancing, whenever possible
  • Wash hands regularly and use hand sanitizer.

  • We will not send an engineer onsite to a client if that engineer is reporting any possible symptoms of COVID-19 or has any reason to believe that they have been exposed within the last 14 days.


We ask that any clients disclose to Walker the following, prior to an engineer being sent onsite:


  • Have any employees who work in the office tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 21 days?

  • If yes, please let us know their general location/department in the building.
