I believe my role reaches far beyond just steering an IT company; it's about creating a place like no other – where people come to grow and to feel a part of something much greater than just themselves. My focus on people and culture has redefined how we approach challenges and celebrate victories, propelling The Walker Group to the forefront of innovation while maintaining an inspiring and purpose-driven environment.

When I'm not at work, I enjoy spending time with my amazing husband and children, and our dogs.  We love camping, fishing, hiking, boating and exploring new places.
